Nick Cooper Posted June 28, 2020 Share Posted June 28, 2020 Hello Francis., the new error message is caused by your update to the 737 Immersion product. I would advise you to uninstall Immersion and then uninstall your P3D client only and reinstall, which will fix the error message. Nick Cooper Posted June 28, 2020 Share Posted June 28, 2020 Hello, when you downloaded your copy of P3D, after you extracted it, you will have seen among the files, Install_Client.msi. To reinstall the P3D client, go to your Windows control panel and uninstall the Prepar3D v4 client. When you are asked if you wish to unregister P3D answer NO. Then go to your Install_Client.msi file, right click on it and select Install. Then you can reinstall Immersion because since you updated it, the problem has been identified and fixed.
