Products not visibly

Hi,

 

I have moved one drive to the other all  my products so now almost non of them visible and the system wants me download again all of them.

 

Can you help me please?

Hi Nick,

 

I had to reinstall WIN 10 so now everything work very well except one add on Netherlands HD . This product downloaded manually because of my slow internet connection. Where should  you I place the downloaded file  ?
