Piotrpaw Posted June 9, 2020 Share Posted June 9, 2020 I just got Northern and Southern Cali yesterday. I like the sceneries, but have some issues with them. Here is one (I post others in a different posting). When the sun is behind me during later afternoon hours, my plane (Cessna 172) cast a shadow like an alien invading ships from the Independence Day, i. it cavers ground from left and right entirely. If you are using XP 11.50 beta then you need to post your query on the X-plane.org website. The Orbx addons are scenery only and would not be responsible for casting shadows as that is a function of XP and it's settings etc. We will see if other Orbx users can respond if they have experienced the same issue and possible solution.
