active problems with Orbx product installation

hi, I have a problem with Orbx central.

Orbx central installs perfectly my Orbx products, but does'nt activate them in my prepar3d v 4.5 hotfix2.

I have also noticed that central does'nt open my scenery cfg  to determinate the insertion point (the message is that is loading my scenery file but nothing happens).

All these problems fom the last updates of global base and australia v2. after updates opening prepar3d I had the message that simulator does'nt find the path:

.....simulator/Orbx/ftx_au/ftxauv2_05_scenery/scenery/ ..*objectflow.xml. So I tried to deinstall and reinstall and something happened. Now I have the problems

I have told you before.

May you help me to solve problems?

ps: I have many other Orbx products but I don't think I must write all the receipt order numbers....

It looks like you may need the prerequisite software.

I've tried reinstalling prerequisites but without success

what could I do?

If I uninstall all Orbx products and Orbx central and try to reinstall?

could it be a solution?

Hello,

please don't uninstall any products.

You could try uninstalling and reinstalling Orbx Central.

Use the Windows Control Panel.
