AndyPotter333 Posted June 3, 2020 Share Posted June 3, 2020 Please help - I am unable to use my TrueEarth Great Britain South - X-Plane 11 scenery. I have installed per the instructions given but when I load X-Plane 11 I get the following message: "Error, could not locate image file for terrain Custom Scenery/Orbx_C_GB_South_TureEarth_Orthos/terrain/aae0xfac0x17.ter Custom Scenery/Orbx_C_GB_South_TureEarth_Orthos/terrain/ ../textures/aae0xfac0x17.dds" Your transaction ID / receipt number is 5eb6f8b800e07. Please read the link and ensure that you have ALL the requirements in place especially the free disk space needed and the location of your Temp folder. Your Temp folder which if you are on Windows is placed on the C drive by default The error message you are getting is typical of the message when there is deemed to be a lack of required free space. You need to tell me the amount of free space you have on C drive and the amount of free space on the drive you are wanting to install onto.
