Please read the link and ensure that you have ALL the requirements in place especially the free disk space needed and the location of your Temp folder.. TE Florida will need as a minimum over 200GB of free disk space for the download into your Temp folder which if you are on Windows is placed on the C drive by default. You may need to move that Temp file to a larger capacity drive. The installed copy of TE Florida will require about 150GB of free space. I have added a small percentage of free space required as your drives need a certain of free space to function properly as well. The error message you are getting is typical of the message when there is deemed to be a lack of required free space. You need to tell me the amount of free space you have on C drive and the amount of free space on the drive you are wanting to install onto.
