That will happen in 11.50 beta. Ignore it and enjoy the scenery. Things will be addressed when 11.50 becomes an official release.

Don't understand that you don't even consider looking at it since all other TE work fine.  TE Washington is missing something as detailed in the X-Plane Log.txt file.

It has been looked at and for the missing sea-tack textures a hot fix was provided on April 7th. It is not a matter of not looking at the issues in 11.50 beta is is matter that Like many other developers, there is no support for beta XP versions.

ALL issues reported are looked at and noted by the Orbx devs and will be addressed when 11.50 is an official release. They are not going to fix reported issues in one beta version to find that it again needs looking at and addressing for example when or if a Beta 10 is issued.
