Orbx Central failing to extract files

Whilst reinstalling all of my Orbx sceneries after a PC upgrade I've ran into an issue.

 

I receive an error "' 2 file(s) failed to extract for openLC Africa.

Your given the option to verify files (that doesn't fix the issue) or seek support here.

 

Any ideas?

Hi Clinton

 

So please go to settings\downloader and clear the temp location.

 

Then go to the location you designated for backups and delete the product folder.

 

Then go to settings\help and run the sync simulator function.

 

Then try reinstalling again.
