I need to download openLC North America to my computer again, but I don't find a way to do it. You can cancel a download by deleting the contents of C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\Orbx\Metadata Then start Orbx Central and try again to download. Please note that the AppData folder is hidden by default in the Windows File Explorer. If you cannot see it, please go to your Windows File Explorer view options and check "Show hidden files, folders and drives". To Cancel Orbx downloads and start afresh Please go to settings/downloader and clear the temp folder. Close Orbx Central, check that it is closed and not just minimised to the Taskbar. This is an image of the directory, only Orbx-central -updater is present. I also cleaned the temp files as you suggested, but I still cannot download the files again. Hello Bruno, Doug has given this advice to a fellow simmer with a similar problem. Hi please go to settings\downloader and clear the temp location. Then go to the location you designated for backups and delete the " nld-hd" folder. Then go to settings\help and run the sync simulator function. Then try reinstalling the airport. After several attempts, cleaning the temp files, synchronization, etc, in the end I managed to download the files again and install without problems.
