Joachim Lee Posted April 3, 2020 Share Posted April 3, 2020 Dear Sir/Mdm, I am writing today to express concern and seek technical support for the NZ SOUTH ISLAND SCENERY which I have just purchased. In the midst of the installation for NZ south Island, an electric kettle in my kitchen caused a power trip and the entire house lost power, even the computer, midway through the installation. Upon regaining power and access to the PC, I returned to Orbx Central windows application and continued the installation. It told me that 20 files failed to extract. I tried using the verify files function but the problem persists. I have also tried uninstalling the product and reinstalling. I suspect this is due to the power trip in the middle of the download and installation. I look forward to hearing from yall soon.
