answered PAJN, KGPI Elevation Issues

I just purchased PAJN today, and noticed an elevation issue. KGPI has a similar issue.

I've removed the files and everything I could find on the forums. I do use FSAeroData, which I'm not sure if that could be causing an issue.

How can I fix this as it is extremely annoying...

welcome to the forum.

It is highly likely that fsaerodata is the cause of this.

There was a change in the latest version of P3D v4 in the way that airport elevations are read

and I am assured by another customer, that if you refer to fsaerodata, there is a fix provided.

The simple one is to move your FSAD scenery library entries below all your addon airports.

This would include the Orbx regions that are full of addon airports.

I would commend to you a visit to the fsaerodata site.

Will contact them. Is this the same for both PAJN and KGPI?

I know on Turbulent Design's forum, the mentioned a while ago that there was a fix to be compatible with FSAD but it never seemed to have made it to the Orbx side.. Any chance of receiving the actual update?
