Request to cancel an installation

Hi, Due to installation issues, I have requested that the install of Northern California HD be cancelled. Since hitting the button, it has run for hours indicating that it is cancelling the install. This can't be correct. What can I do to force close this so that I can begin the install process over? Thanks, Jim

Exit Orbx Central and reboot your PC. Check your Custom Scenery folder to make sure there are no remnants of any part that may have been installed.

Open Orbx Central and on the Settings/Downloader option click on the Clear option under the heading of Temporary Location.Reboot PC and then using Orbx Central start a new installation process.
