BrunoFroggy
Hi, After digging through the topics of the forum, I could not find any solution to my situation. This situation occurs in French Polynesia (NTTX) where no Orbx products is available except Global that includes Trees. That is the reason why I am suspecting Orbx. Using ADE, I modified the location of a third party freeware airport which was located in the water. But after the airport is now on the land at a correct location, many trees are standing on the parking and the taxiways. I disabled the P3D scenery and verified that only one scenery of this airport is available. How to manage the autogen to remove these trees in that specific case? Thanks in advance Bruno
Nick Cooper
Hello, if one moves an airport, one must also move the exclusions that go with it and also exclude the original airport background. Probably, you need to create an airport flatten exclude autogen.
BrunoFroggy
Hi Nick, I created an airport flatten exclude autogen, recompiled the airport but still trees are there. I changed the type to Flatten Exclude Autogen and no improvements... Is there a layer criteria?

Nick Cooper
Thanks, I see that there is indeed no cvx file and therefore nothing is excluded. I will take a closer look tomorrow.

Nick Cooper
Hello, I have added an exclude autogen polygon but it still needs work. I wonder if, as you have only one file, the developer has missed adding the rest?
BrunoFroggy
Great job Nick. I am wondering if you could send me few links to teach on how to create such CVX file? Is it possible with ADE? Thanks anyway, I will use the one you provided. Cheers Bruno
Nick Cooper
Hello Bruno, yes it's ADE. Here is a link to just about everything you might need to know. In the meantime, I have had another go and I think it now looks more like its developer intended. Files attached again, if you would like to try them. Just copy them over the ones that you already have. scenery.zip
