Doug Sawatzky
Hi, welcome to the forums Do you have Vector installed? If so, have you run the AEC tool (Airport Elevation Correction)?
pete mcfadyen
thanks Doug for your reply, the answer to that is yes I have it installed and yes I have ran the AEC tool, Cheers Pete
pete mcfadyen
an update to this, if anyone from Orbx is even checking these posts I removed vectors and lo and behold it works fine so it is vectors causing the problem, in the vague hope someone has an answer that would be awesome
Doug Sawatzky
Hi Pete I hope you did not uninstall Vector? All you would need to do is deactivate/uncheck it in your scenery library to test. Please reinstall/reactivate Vector, then run the simulator once and shut it down, then open Orbx Central and go to settings/help/ and run the sync simulator option. Then Please post a copy of your “scenery.cfg” file and the “add-ons.cfg” and the “scenery_add-ons.xml” file found at C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4. Doug Sawatzky
Thanks and no worries Just an FYI for next time....instead of opening and copying and pasting the long list of contents, you can just attach the file, it make it easier for us to look at. I have managed to convert your scenery.cfg and reattached it. Everything looks ok except the Vector entries, please adjust them to look like the below image and retry.
