Jon Clarke
The runway is sloped in EGNM. Make sure you have the "Runways follow terrain contours" enabled in the XP General settings.

Jon Clarke
I have also rearranged your scenery_packs.ini although it probably has no effect on rectifying your current anomaly, but I thought i would make it optimised as it should be. I notice you only have the Custom files installed for TE Oregon, which is odd considering you don't appear to have the Overlay & Orthos files installed. I also attach a pic showing what I see in EGNM regarding a slope in the runway. The area circled in red clearly shows the undulations of the runway. scenery_packs.ini
