Need much more detail in order to find out if the cause of your Reshade message has anything at all to do with the Orbx TE Florida addon. Need initially a Lg file from after a flight where this message appears. Where does this message appear? If it is purely a message regarding a malfunction of Reshade, then you will be advised to post your issue on the Reshade site. Until far more details are provided I cannot assist.
