When taxiing at KMIA the ramp and runway behaves like grass or dirt ground slowing ability to taxi and take off. Was wondering if the order was wrong on this entry.

I believe that the file only realigns some default airfield runways, which would have appeared incorrectly aligned versus the default airfield runway. This would have meant that possibly 2 runways would be visible, the default and the other  an image from the photo scenery.

Regarding the slowing of ground movement at KMIA,  I cannot comment as I don't get that issue as I use this freeware addon:

https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/27786-kmia-miami-international-airport/ which would remove that issue if you install the addon airport.
