I downloaded Kos and installed it, but it was NOT backed up to that library. What could be wrong? Jack
Jack the Swede in Spain Posted February 10, 2020 Author Posted February 10, 2020 No suggestions for a solution? Jack
Mitchell Williamson Posted February 11, 2020 Posted February 11, 2020 Hi Jack, Please make sure that: Your backup directory is set "Automatically backup product install files" is enabled The backup directory exists and has sufficient space available I cannot look into this issue further without your log file. If this happens again, please attach it.
Jack the Swede in Spain Posted February 11, 2020 Author Posted February 11, 2020 Ok, I will, next time I buy a new scenery. Thanks. To your questions: Your backup directory is set YES "Automatically backup product install files" is enabled YES The backup directory exists and has sufficient space available YES Jack
Jack the Swede in Spain Posted February 11, 2020 Author Posted February 11, 2020 Ok problem solved. Did the following: 1. Uninstalled an ORBX scenery. 2. Deleted my ORBX backup library. 3. Created a new ORBX backup library. 4. Set the NEW backup library in ORBXCentral and gave it unlimited space. 5. Reinstalled the scenery. That worked. Seems my "old" library had an invalid/not allowed letter/space or something in the library name. Jack
