Issue:  I have set the ORBXCentral backup library. I downloaded Kos and installed it, but it was NOT backed up to that library. What could be wrong?

Hi Jack,

Please make sure that:

  • Your backup directory is set
  • "Automatically backup product install files" is enabled
  • The backup directory exists and has sufficient space available

I cannot look into this issue further without your log file. If this happens again, please attach it.

Ok problem solved. Did the following:

1. Uninstalled an ORBX  scenery.

2. Deleted my ORBX backup library.

3. Created a new ORBX backup library.

4. Set the NEW backup library in ORBXCentral and gave it unlimited space.

5. Reinstalled the scenery.

That worked. Seems my "old" library had an invalid/not allowed letter/space or something in the library name.
