Jon Clarke Posted January 27, 2020 Share Posted January 27, 2020 Please attach the XP Log file immediately after XP crashes. It needs to be after a crash so it can reveal what happened. It is no use in forwarding the Log after a non crash incident. Also disable TE Washington temporarily and see if you get a crash. It maybe a plug in? Do you have Traffic Global? It's going to be very difficult to work out what the issue is as it pertains only to you and your PC and XP installation. It will have to be a process of elimination performed by you. Due to the time it takes for a crash to occur it will be a very long process I am afraid. The XP Log may indicate what happened but I am very confident it is not TE Washington issue, but more likely a plugin or memory issue. Hope fully the Log will give some info.
