Unable To Repeat Downloads

I have purchased and successfully installed a number of ORBX Products for XPlane 11. I recently uninstalled all of them in order to diagnose a performance problem. Today I went to re-install them again and attempted to download (FTX Central Option) them from my account.
The first attempt was using Firefox -- Firefox errored as follows:

"The address wasn't understood

Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (orbx) isn't associated with any program or is not allowed in this context.

You might need to install other software to open this address"

I then tried to download using Microsoft Edge and received a message saying "You may need an APP to download this content".

I have never had a problem downloading ORBX Products before and cannot understand why I am having this problem now. Can you advise/help please?
