Leadcatcher Posted October 28, 2019 Share Posted October 28, 2019 I purchased the Global TerraFlora package on 2019-10-26 15:07:22 and as of this date have been unable to install the product. Here is my transaction number - Transaction ID: 5db46109a6f58 Product: Global TerraFlora - X-Plane 11, In FTX Central (V3.3.9.2) Global TerraFlora shows as purchased but not installed under the Global Range category, but when I click on it to install, The install page states "There are no downloads available for this product. I even tried the manual download where I can access the zip files, but since FTX Central does not think there is a download available, does not give me the option to manually install the product.
