You'll find the screenshots in your yourname/Documents/Pictures/FlightSimulator X Data folder (or something like that, translated the path from my German version). As these screenshots are saved in the "big" .bmp format you need to resize and save them as .jpg pictures. A tool like the freeware irfan view is very helpful. You can resize the picture with STRG+R to a handy format like 800*600 or 1024*768 and add some adjustements like sharpening.
