Ian99 Posted October 4, 2019 Share Posted October 4, 2019 Hi, I have just purchased and downloaded GB North. The files have all downloaded OK but for some reason the conversion process won't begin. I just see this then it stops. I have run verify files numerous times, if I delete a file it spots it and redownloads, but still wont convert anything. Xplane wont run with any northern airport as I get 'file not found'. I have checked the textures directory and the files are all PNG and JPG, not DDS. This is on a new build PC so I guess I am missing something that is required for the process to run. I have browsed the forums and downloaded the C++ run time libraries (vcredist_x64) and run the exe, rebooted, tried verify files but this has had no effect. I have installed the ORBX libraries 1.6.5 again still the same problem. I am on Windows 10 with xplane 11. I have a 2TB SSD with 1,450 GB free. I managed to get the conversion done by doing a manual download and using FTX Central, so I have no idea why the conversion wouldn't work with ORBX.
