Griphos
I flew the Hope to Darrington flight somebody (I forget who) talked about, but at one point, I just had to go over the top to take a look at things from up high. When I finally got up there, the clouds had settled in below me, and with the evening sun, it was very nice. So, not being a very good screenshot artist, I couldn't really capture it, but here's some pics that don't quite do it justice: That Acrobat is a fun little plane! Holger Sandmann
Hello Griphos, those turned out very well! Neat cloud deck with none of the odd cloud-terrain interactions that sometimes ruin the vistas. Cheers, Holger
alan2
Not bad at all I just wonder how the turbulence felt in that little thing !
Griphos
Yeah, I was very pleased with how realistic the clouds were. Quite immersive. And I was using Orbx 4, I think it was, with winds 343 10Kt gusting 20Kt, so it was a bit bouncy. And there were definitely rotors over those peaks!
