xplane1401 Posted September 23, 2019 Share Posted September 23, 2019 I purchased TrueEarth UK (all three), and it's mostly great, but two problems: 1. The roads are all far too bright, big, and prominent - see Edinburgh screenshot. 2. There's some hills that aren't right, see screenshot at 55.351N, -2.136W, all the rolling hills in the Alwin valley are smooth and rolling - not terraced! For 1, I'm hoping there might be something I'm doing wrong and can fix. For 2, it looks like orbx simply just 'missed a bit' Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jon Clarke Posted September 24, 2019 Share Posted September 24, 2019 @xplane1401 Please attach your scenery_packs.ini. In your 2nd pic I don't see any buildings, just photoscenery with no autogen. TEGB North has no additional mesh other than XP default. TEGB Central and South have additional mesh. This is just for your info and not necessarily a cause of your potential display anomaly. Roads can be either XP default or Transparent by opening OrbxCentral and clicking on the TEGB of your choosing, scroll down until you see Options and then Configure. xplane1401 Posted September 24, 2019 Author Share Posted September 24, 2019 Not worried about lack of autogen, I have it set to second to lowest, only concern now is the poor mesh in the Northumberland/Scotland border area, but if that’s expected then oh well - hope orbx adds GB North mesh in an update at some point.
