resolved XP communication error

^{Hi Orbx , While trying to download and install install any ORBX scenery for Xplane 11 I get a message saying a communication error preformed while trying this application .}

Forget that request , I have uninstalled Orbx central , deleted all files associated with it and reinstalled , all working again.
