ManuelL
Hello, Flying around the Seattle area I came across this strip: Makes me wonder if Bill and Holger use it to fly in building materials for Emma FieldĀ Kind regards Manuel
alan2
Hi Manual, nice shot. Ive found some unlisted strips around too. Well I think the're unlisted. Wait 'till OZx start putting some out - its going to be great .
Guest bliksimpie
Yes I am stand to be corrected but I am sure there are a number of unlisted airstrips. Yes I also cant wait for the Ozx released airstrips. As always they are awesome in their own right and I will be following that naturally.
ManuelL
I found this unlisted airstrip interesting, because it is almost exactly located where Emma Field used to be.
Bell417
Where exactly is that? A runway out of a road? Now THAT's more like it!
Holger Sandmann
Hi guys, nice catch, I forgot that I had added that airstrip a while back and so it's not in our Google Earth file. It's a private real-world airstrip on a road named North Rubio Drive: http://www.bing.com/maps/?v=2&cp=47.467748201048465~-123.10422802013232&lvl=15&sty=h and http://apps.ecy.wa.gov/shorephotos/scripts/bigphoto.asp?id=MAS0614 So it's not Emma Field itself but I believe a more detailed representation of this airstrip will be included with the Emma X project. Cheers, Holger
