active Ortho tiles near LOWI

Do I need to remove the OrthoXP stuff in the LOWI area or will the LOWI install layer over them in the .ini file

I assume your Ortho4XP fies are much lower in the .ini than the Orbx LOWI files including their Orthos file, so you can leave your Ortho4XP fies where they are. I also have most of western Europe, including Austria in Ortho4XP and have left those files  alone/ Orbx LOWI blends quite nicely with the 4xp coverage.

Make sure you have the following layering sequence in your .ini for LOWI because it doesn't necessarily place the Orbx files in the sequence they should be;

From top down in the .ini:

Orbx LOWI Files A & A

Global airports

Orbx Files B,C & D in that order.

Thanks,  you are so right. i never trust the install of most scenery by 3rd party vendors. This is different then P3D scenery config file. I almost forgot I had a third party LOWI in my XP11 which I bought a llong time ago.
