Issue:

I installed Central 4 with seemingly no issue. Despite having a long-standing issue where Central thinks I also have P3D v1 installed (I've checked my registry, but cannot locate the key), I was able to select v4. Central then updated 8 sceneries for me.

I was able to select insertion points and then I closed Central.

Upon opening Lorby-SI's P4AO, it came up with a warning error stating that PeopleFlow was not installed, then after clicking ok on  message, it registered PeopleFlow as a new add-on.

The next time I opened Central, I was not able to select my insertion points from the drop down lists and the top left of the settings page reads Prepar3D v1.

I didn't migrate to library as I already had Orbx products located outside the main P3D folder structure and used a symbolic link.

Any help appreciated.
Thanks.

P.S. TE Netherlands and TE GB South don't appear in the Europe section of Central.

Hi!

If your phantom Prepar3D v1 installation has the same path as Prepar3D v4, this may be causing Central to be confused between the two.

The key we use for Prepar3D v1 is located at:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LockheedMartin\Prepar3D

or

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\LockheedMartin\Prepar3D

and the value within it is called SetupPath

If needs to exist at either of those paths for Central to pick it up, so one of them should exist and be deleted.

I have in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LockheedMartin   the paths for P3Dv4\

and in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\LockheedMartin\   a path for P3Dv3

but I don`t use P3dv3 never on this Computer.

Shall I delete that entrance complete.

Central 4.02 shows P3dv3  and not P3dv4 on my system....?
