FTX central problem

Hello, 

 

After finally managing to sort my fathers tegb on mac yesterday I decided to purchase it myself, upon logging into FTX central I get the following error message when trying to update libary, I have also submitted a support ticket but no response

Hello,

support tickets are only for problems with Orbx Direct purchases and accounts.

The third line of the error message in your image is telling you that you need to go to

that Orbx Direct account and add the freeware Orbx X Plane 11 libraries to it.

Then you can return to FTX Centraland install them.

Hello, 

 

When I sign into FTX Central the update to libary comes up at the bottom right corner of the page that is where this error message comes from, I haven't installed any products to xplane 11 yet only Fsx & P3d, I will try the install from there & report back if any further issues.
