FunkfuTwenty2
Since installing all 3 of the GB True Earth products, I get CTDs during every flight due to the error "error could not locate image file for terrain". It then lists a terrain file (*.ter) then a texture file (*.dds). Upon checking the DDS file is not present. So far this has happened on every single flight and is pretty annoying. What can I do to stop this?
Nick Cooper
Hello, please have a read of the trouble shooting topic below. When the product is correctly installed, then you will no longer see those error messages.
FunkfuTwenty2
Thanks, how would I know what the issue is though? It seems to install totally fine. I get no errors and it says complete. The only error is when I start a flight.
FunkfuTwenty2
Also, my folders in the Custom Scenery folder show as Orbx_A_GB_Central_TrueEarth_Custom Orbx_B_GB_Central_TrueEarth_Overlay Orbx_C_GB_Central_TrueEarth_Orthos For each (central, north, south). Is this correct?

Nick Cooper
Hello, the topic contains the details needed to check an installation, such as the number of files. You should start by checking that and if there are any .jpg files remaining.

I couldnt see anything wrong with the installation, but I deleted and reinstalled all 3 and so far no issues. Not sure what the original cause was though.
