active Error Message in TE Washington

After installing TE Washington using Orbx install program and running Xplane using KSEA as my starting location It received the following error message:

 

Error, could not locate image file for terrain

Custom Scenery/Orbx_C_US_Washington_TE_Orthos/terrain/afd0x5340x17SM.ter

Custom Scerery/Orbx_C_US_Washington_TE_Orthos/terrain/

../textures/afd0x5340x17.dds

 

I had 39.6 GB of space left on my drive after install. How can I tell that C_US_Washington was installed properly.

 

What should I do next to solve this problem. Staring XPlane from a location in Oregon works fine.

 

Any help would be apricated .
