I purchased TE GB South back in April (receipt number noted in the ticket) but cannot get it to run properly on my system. Slow, blurred, sluggish. I've been around the forums and asked for advice, read and implemented others' suggestions, but still no dice even though my system should be enough to run the software. I even spent £150 to upgrade the amount of RAM to try and remedy the problem. I would like a refund or (and this is preferable) credit so that I can purchase other ORBX products. As you may have read, some of the team have gone to Orlando but more importantly, another has had a family matter to deal with.
