milezee
Hi, I have 1 copy of X-plane True Earth Great Britain North, Mid, and south. (as well as loads of now redundant P3D content) I use 2 computers to run x-plane. PC 1 runs as the main sim and is connected to my various homecockpit hardware and is dialed down to minimum on the graphics. The monitors show no outside views, just aircraft panels. PC 2 is a slaved as a forward outside view only. I have 2 licences for x-plane. Do I need 2 licences for True Earth though as only one PC is rendering the the outside view? (I'm just converting from P3d/Prosim737 to x-plane/zibo, so haven't slaved the 2nd PC as yet)
Nick Cooper
Do you need it to be installed on both?
milezee
Thanks for the reply. I don't think so. That should have been more the question: do I need it installed on both? Does having it only on the outside visuals PC affect anything between the two installations of x-plane (elevations different for example) (Obviously, if I had it installed on both I realise I'd need a 2nd licence)
milezee
Anyone know about this? Do I need TE GB installed on both PCs if only one is providing outside visuals?
