I was trying to purchase the "Trueearth Great Britain South for X-Plane 11" and instead purchased the "trueearth great Britain south". is it possible to get a refund on the wrongly purchased product, and if so what information do you require from me? The transaction id is the only unique code I can find? I'm not sure if this is the Order number you refer to? 5********aabb Or indeed if I should be providing that information in a public forum?
