active Elevation Problem with PAHO Homer, Alaska

I have an elevation problem with the "stock" PAHO airport.  Please refer to the attached picture.  I have Pacific Fjords, Southern Alaska and Global Vector installed on my computer.  Using the Airport Elevation Corrections program in Global Vector makes no difference.  I am running Prepar3d  v. 4.5.  Thanks for your help.

please search your scenery\world\scenery folder for PAHO.

If you find a file, try disabling it.

I found and disabled "ADE_FTX _SAK_PAHO_elevation_adjustment.BGL" dated 5-27-2014. This did not correct the elevation problem. I then moved the file to the desktop. Still had the same

problem.  When I disabled/moved the file, was a new file supposed to be written?  If so, a new file was not written.

Try disabling Vector AEC for PAHO.

If you did this with the elevation adjustment file in place, it would have appeared to make no difference, as you wrote.

If it is disabled, try enabling it again.

I tried everything you suggested.  Still have the same elevation problem.

After a lot of experimenting, it appears that my Vector Airport Elevations Corrections tool is not working.  I have only one scenery.cfg  file which I have attached.  My Prepar3d ver.4.5 program is not in the root of the drive, it is in a folder. Thanks for your help.
