Pigot1J Posted April 6, 2019 Share Posted April 6, 2019 Good afternoon all. Having purchased this product recently, it doesn't now show under my account in FTX Central (latest version). I had a similar problem with a Freeware product and was told to delete the Client part and re-install it (which fixed the Freeware issue) but hasn't done the same for the purchased product. You must be logged on to FTX Central using the same details as your Orbx Direct account. 2. you must not have ticked the only show installed products box.
