Fab10
Hi, I have searched for relevant threads, but without success; it's hard to know when to call off a search for something that is likely to have been already asked! :-) Anyway, FTX Central 3 was fine with my XP11 installed into a Windows 10 folder "E:\Flight Simulation\X-Plane 11 Main". I gave X-Plane 11.30 a whole new install to ensure that it got a good start, and this was in ""E:\Flight Simulation\X-Plane 11"; X-plane 11 Main has since been deleted with all scenery files having been moved across. However, the only product that I can see in my FTX Central 3 is the ORBX Libraries; whilst I can open my products in FTX Central 3 directly from the FTX ORBX web site, they appear to require installation and as you can imagine I don't particularly want to reinstall Gb's of data. Where can the path to my XP11 be placed in FTX Central 3 in order for it to then see my newest installation and products? Thanks, Fabio
Nick Cooper
Hello, does FTX Central see X Plane 11? Did you place all your Orbx files into the Custom Scenery folder of your new X Plane 11 installation?
Fab10
Oh no! A senior moment, no I didn't! I only created shortcut in a desire to work a new method of managing my scenery per country. I am so embarrassed, apologies Nick!
Nick Cooper
You can also use a symbolic link but FTX Central cannot see shortcuts.
Fab10
I know because I read it about 30 mins prior to posting - sorry for posting needlessly, I would have got there in the end...
