Orbx Global Range Installation Problem

Hello, my name is Joseph. I recently upgraded my hardware and was trying to install P3D 4.4 using a fresh install on a formatted hard drive. The P3D installation went as planned, but when I used FTX Central to install my orbx products I received this error message after the installation finished as it was trying to activate. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

After viewing the post provided by Stewart, I was able to uncover the issue. The five folders that have to be manually deleted after a P3D uninstall were instead made hidden and read only. After correcting the issue and resetting the scenery index and forcing a migration the error message disappeared. Thank you for the help Stewart.
