Pilot Controlled Lighting

Seems its possible to create pilot controlled lighting in FSX as read here:

With PNW still being worked on and offering the kings gambit of never before seen stuff like the lighted ski runs, vast amount of off grid helo pads and so much more top of the shelf ORBX features, would like to throw in the mix of pilot controlled lighting to the mix at fields that have this.

With over 400 fields to be included, that might seem like a lot but of those 400 many are non lite strips or dont offer PCL so how many does that boil down to??  I dont know but it sure has heck would make this scenery even more than the gold that it is shaping up to be.

I believe it always available but just a pain to access due to internal changes in the way FSX does things. This will actually help me a lot in building believable T-VASI and VASI approach lighting. since the current offering in FSX is a joke, even with the light bloom turned way down .
