resolved ORBX TE GB South - Installation issue?

Hey all

 

After viewing so many wonderful videos of OrbX TE Great Britain South, I went ahead and bought it.  I've followed the instructions - Installed FTX Central 3 - which then done its thing.  The download and conversion went seemingly ok and no errors have popped up. So far so good.

 

I disabled all other Ortho and scenery in my scenery file, and have modded the file so that the three OrbX entries (A,B and C) are ordered correctly, and seemingly in the right place.  However, when I start a new flight I don't seem to get any of the lovely scenery (or vivid colours) advertised...

 

I've also tried disabling my other libraries in case they were causing a conflict.

 

So, in the event that there is a hidden issue somewhere else, I'm installing a second copy of XP11. My question - Can i just move the three OrbX folders from my original installation folder across to my second installation folder, or are there other entries to the original XP11 installation that FTX Central 3 has made?

 

I hope this make sense?  I apologise if not... :-)

 

Ive also added my scenery_packs.ini below just in case I've made an error there...

RESOLVED!

 

For some unknown reason my graphics settings had reset to minimal... (I did wonder why I was getting 70fps over London). Reset them to High with maximum world objects and things are great.

 

What a simulator experience - well done OrbX!

The solution is obvious.

 

XPL being an American program is designed to be jealous of all this brilliant new UK scenery so, in a fit of pique, decides to minimise our experience!
