When logged into FTX Central, the purchase appears in my account, but when I attempt to 'Download via FTX Central' the same airport is greyed-out. Refund me the purchase so I can re-purchase again for X-Plane 11. or . Switch the platform for my original purchase (to XP11) and charge my any difference in cost (using the same payment method)?
