BrunoFroggy
Hello, I did some searches on Web but did not succeed in finding any answer ! The space on my SSD, where P3Dv4 is installed, becoming limited, I moved all my Orbx airports (excluding basic sceneries Global, FTX, LCEurope, Tree etc. …) from their default location [C:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\ORBX] towards an HDD where all my other sceneries are [E:\Scenes P3Dv4\Orbx]. I have modified the path in the scenery.cfg file but something must be missing … When I load a scenario in P3D, close to the end of the loading cycle (72%), I receive 5 identical messages for 5 sceneries of the 10 or 15 that I moved. https://libertysim.s3.dualstack.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/original/2X/7/78e737182064e3a2185bf9dd49657718d7e4ebea.jpeg During my searches, I found the file {OF_Config.xml} which contains scenery path information, and which I updated with the new path. But the same messages appear when I load a scenario P3D.I also modified the scripts files {orbx_cpl_XXX.xml} and {scenerylib_XXX.cfg} in the ORBX directory. But still, the [Path not found] message is displayed with the concatenation of the local path and the newone that I have added. https://libertysim.s3.dualstack.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/original/2X/7/76f0deb9c2f1bb0c68836dfa109f5fdc5ab37d43.jpegThus I concluded that the path by default is assigned at higher level but I could not find. I have of course backed-up all modified files. Also, good to know, P3Dv4 works fine but I am not sure if the involved sceneries are properly loaded… Could someone tell me in which file I can change the default path set during an automatic install ? Nick Cooper
Hello, if you need to move the ORBX folder, here is the way to do it that does not break FTX Central.
