FTX Global and OpenLC Not Appearing

Hello,

I have recently purchased FTX Global Base and North America OpenLC, I  have launched my simulator after installing the products through FTX Global and the ground textures are still default. I have tried several things (Re-Installing The Products, Forcing Migration) And that did not change anything, This is a weird thing because i installed my San Deigo scenery through FTX Central and my KSAN works and is fine. My simulator looks horrible without the products, Please help. I will attach some screenshots below of what the ground textures look like. These Screenshots were both taken between KSAN (San Deigo) and KLAX (Los Angeles).

Hello,

sometimes there can be a space between expectations and reality.

If you can provide coordinates, I can show you the actual default and

we can compare.

I have spent the majority of the time looking at the hill behind runway 27 in KSAN so if you could show me the default hill that would be nice, And I can almost promise you this is default I have seen live streams of OpenLC and it doesn't look like this.

Hello,

your screen shot at the end of the runway is of KSAN, there is nothing else in view.

Here are two shots on the way to KLAX.

Perhaps you can replicate it and make a comparison.

There is no need to quote each post, there are only the two of us here.

Hello,

the black stuff is the much reported night textures during the day and is

an indication that Open LC NA is indeed installed but is in need of repair.

Most customers have found success when they first delete

ORBX\User documents\Versions\FTX_OLC_NA.TXT and then run the Open LC NA

install product command from inside FTX Central.

When you have done that, you might replicate my screen shot.

Thanks.

Hello,

you see the coordinates at the top left of the second image, start your simulator

and then enter them into the map and you will be taken there.

If you do that, FTX Central will check all the Open LC NA files and replace them as necessary.

It will take a while, there is a huge number of files to check.

Those Coordinates brought me to the middle of the ocean...
