Maxwell Ritter
Hello everyone, Can I please get help on why KGNV looks like this? I have FTX Global and Vector installed. I have ran the vector elevation configuration tool many times. KGNV is also not in the AEC list.
Nick Cooper
Hello, welcome to the forums. There seems to be nothing wrong with the default airport. Have you added another one?
Maxwell Ritter
Hello nick, No sir, this is the default KGNV airport. This was also happening before I installed Vector, so I'm guessing it has something to do with FTX Global. I did also download a freeware scenery on Avsim to see if that would help and it just looked the same. During a night landing I did notice that all the runway lights still light up all the way down the runway, no breaks. Here's my current Prepar3D version if that helps. I'm currently downloading 4.3 to see what that may do.
Nick Cooper
Hello, my image is from P3D v4.3 with every current Orbx product installed. Just to reassure you, there is not one file in the Orbx catalogue that could cause your problem, FTX Global Base is a set of replacement textures and there is no Vector AEC. It does look as if the runway is not being drawn correctly and this is sometimes seen when an airport is created for FSX and then used in P3D. Maxwell Ritter
Here is KGNV after a fresh install with v4.3. Not sure what happened, but all looks okay with FTX Global and Vector installed.
