E. Saywack
Completed upgrade to Prepar3D v4.3 this weekend. Resolved some minor install issues. However on take off from Burbank, noticed these weird textures. They’re a cross between dark squares and these multi color blotches. Seems to be confined around SoCal as I’ve tried all other regions and haven’t see the same effect. i have FTX Global, Open LC North America, Northern California, Global Vector, Trees and Lights all installed, but no specific SoCal scenery. I tried a workaround from this thread to delete the temp app data but no luck. Any suggestions?

Scott Harmes
Hi, Please opt in to the Fastlane so you can access the latest version of FTX Central. https://orbxdirect.com/account/fastlane Update FTX Central. If you have just upgraded to P3DV4.3 from an earlier version of P3DV4, then it's possible some files were overwritten during that process, depending on which installtion method you used. I would suggest reinstalling (uninstall then install) FTX Global Base, OpenLC_NA, Global Vector, HD Trees, Lights Configurator and the ORBX Libraries. Then go to FTX Central's settings page and use the Insertion Point tool to ensure correct placement of your scenery. Cheers,
E. Saywack
Thanks Scott. I had done a reinstall of most of my ORBX sceneries however looks like I might have missed the North America. Deleted the TXT file from the versions folder and reinstalled from FTX central. That did the trick!
