jephery Posted August 23, 2018 Share Posted August 23, 2018 When Netherlands TrueEarth Prepar3D v4 came out I instantly jumped and bought it thinking I was buying for FSX (I didn't read the fine print). Now that the second edition came out this week a note was released as well stating production for 32bit systems have been put on hold. Or we can upgrade our sim program to a 64bit. I was also under the impression that when the FSX version was released that those who bought the Prepar3D v4 version we would get the FSX version when released with no further charges. Now that the FSX version is not coming any time soon how can I get my purchase money back and or credited to my FTX account for future purchases? Help!!! regards...
