Had no problem installing Global Base and Tree. However Keep giving me error message "Download and installation is corrupted" when I try to install Vector, Open LC Europe, North America, South America. Tried Download by FTX and Manual Download...both... but no improvement. Looks like the program is very unstable... I hope can fix this as soon as possible. Nick Cooper Posted August 22, 2018 Share Posted August 22, 2018 Hello, that is your problem. By default, the Windows temp folder is on the C drive and FTX Central uses it unless told not to. Here is a solution. Quote Following the introduction of FTX Central version 3.3.0.4, it is now possible to set the location for the Orbx installation temporary files. To update to this version, first opt in to the FastLane and then apply the subsequent FTX Central update. Capt. Sunny Posted August 22, 2018 Author Share Posted August 22, 2018 Ok I downloaded FTX from your website and just now and keep showing me V. 3.2.5.9 Why is your Website is not updated? Now I need uninstall Temp Files I installed on C: and Back to D: to free up the space... How can I uninstall the Base Pack and Update and TREE HD??? so I can download back to D dirve.... Nick Cooper Posted August 22, 2018 Share Posted August 22, 2018 Hello, 1. Set the Windows file explorer to show hidden files, folder and drives. 2. Delete C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\Orbx 3. Delete C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\TMP\Orbx 4. Opt in to the Fastlane 5. Install FTX Central and run it. Accept the update to 3.3.0.6. 6. Go to the settings page and change the location that FTX Central uses to install the products. You will see it in the green box and you must also click on Save. 7. Install your products. So, is my Temp Files from Base Pack...which it was successful to install before.. is it also in the D drive? if it's in the C drive... Nick Cooper Posted August 22, 2018 Share Posted August 22, 2018 The "temp" files are only used during the installation. Once it had finished, all the files that you need are already on your D drive and the temp files are deleted. Your FTX Global and HD tress will be fine. FTX Vector and FTX Open LC are larger products and that is why you ran out of space on your C drive. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
