Nick Cooper
Hello, what do you have in mind?
ncngrr
My main flight sim hard drive is filling up; I need to add an additional hard drive for flight sim add ons, including more ORBX sceneries. Must I reinstall/move all of the existing ORBX scenery files to the new hard drive, or can they be left alone and install only new scenery to the new hard drive? ncngrr
Thanks. I found/read that post before posting my question. I didn't understand that post to explicitly say that I must move all of the ORBX files out of the existing folder, just that I need to have an ORBX folder in the simulator's root folder, which nominally would be empty and used as a portal through which the remote files could be accessed on a different drive. I suppose the cleanest implementation would be to move all of the ORBX files to the new drive and use the symbolic link to the empty folder in the sim's root folder. Thanks again. That's what I'll do. I really enjoy the positive impact ORBX has on my flight simulator. Take care.
