LordElpus58 Posted July 15, 2018 Share Posted July 15, 2018 Firstly, my apologies for the delay in requesting this but due to health, house move and other things I haven't been able to ask this before now. I purchased the Orbx FTX England Terrain Pack CD from Just Flight back on the 30th January 2014, Order No: JFL259028288232B804. I didn't need a crossgrade as until recently I still had the CD and could re-install etc, as and when I needed. I recently had to return my laptop to Asus for Repair and when it came back the Hard Drive was wiped and I now find since my house move the CD has gone missing. I also cannot find my backup drive either. Would I be eligible for a crossgrade on this product? I managed to port most of my ORBX software from the FlightSim store some time ago, but this was one that was missed. Your views please? Thanks Gary.
